At our heart is Etna, a heroine who mirrors us all: drawn to new paths, discovery, and joy. With her loyal red horse - devotion and strength - she steps into the unknown, reminding us that journeys are defined by those beside us.
Inspired by cultural diversity, Etna’s travels shape a menu that gathers flavors and traditions from many lands.
Join the journey: a sensory exploration of bold pairings and unforgettable dishes.

Cuisine of the Mountains: The Taste of Strength & Tradition at ETNA
On February 28, we invite you for a gastronomic journey through the North Caucasus — a region where food means honor, family, and strength.
8 courses / 9 authentic servings created by Chefs Zalina and Dmitry:
Circassian watermelon appetizer
Ossetian pies & Balkarian khychins
Rich lamb shorpa
Fried Adyghe cheese with cranberry sauce
Lamb leg with “shchips” — carved live in the dining room by Chef Dmitry
Avar khinkal — the favorite dish of Khabib Nurmagomedov
Chechen halva
Signature dessert “Dagger”
And it is more than dinner:
Live traditional music and a special dance performance will become the highlight of the evening — strength, grace, and the energy of the mountains in every movement.
At ETNA, we believe that the kitchen is a place for discovery, even for our youngest guests.
On March 1st, we invite your children to step into the role of a pastry chef and master the craft of making the perfect Belgian waffle.
Under the guidance of our pastry chef Zalina Borisova, the kids will learn how to work with dough, handle professional equipment, and create the ultimate pairing: warm, crisp waffles topped with silky vanilla ice cream.
A series of interactive kids’ workshops where children don’t just watch magic — they learn how to create it themselves together with a professional illusionist.
Program for each session:
mini magic show & meet-and-greet
learning simple tricks and secrets behind them
hands-on practice
small performance by the kids
Young Magician Certificate after completion
🕐 Starts at 13:00 💰 600 THB per session 📍 ETNA, Boat Avenue
Limited spots available — booking in advance is recommended.
Designed in a minimalist ethnic style, our interior blends clean forms with global cultural accents to create a calm, welcoming mood.
Wall graphics echo our heroine’s journeys, while hand-carved totems by local artisans add character. Live roses, olive and lemon trees, and ivy bring natural freshness. At the center stands the red table - a bold focal point said to bring good luck to those who dine there.
Our menu celebrates global culinary traditions with bold, umami-rich dishes rooted in primal techniques. It reconnects you with your roots and delivers a vibrant, truly original dining experience.
ETNA’s wine list is a curated journey across regions, with a special focus on France and Italy. Stored in our dedicated, climate-controlled wine room, the collection spans classics, rare small-batch bottles, and new arrivals.
From crisp, fruit-forward to rich, aged wines - we’ll match the perfect bottle to every guest, dish, and mood.
